Complaints

If something on Legal Store has gone wrong — a case that received no response, a listing that was misleading, a problem with your account — write to us and we will reply within five working days.

Complaints about the legal work itself, the fees charged, or a solicitor's conduct should go to the law firm first. Every Hong Kong firm must have a complaints procedure.

If the firm does not resolve it, you may complain to The Law Society of Hong Kong, which regulates solicitors. We are not able to investigate a solicitor's professional conduct, and we cannot intervene in a dispute about fees between you and a firm.
